1. Definitions

“Golden Sky Aviation”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Golden Sky Aviation, based in the United Arab Emirates.

“Client”, “Customer”, or “you” refers to the individual, company, or organization engaging our services or using our website.

“Services” include aviation ground handling, jet fuel supply, catering, cleaning, permits and flight support, crew and passenger logistics, and any related solutions provided by Golden Sky Aviation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting or accepting a quotation, placing a service order, or otherwise engaging with Golden Sky Aviation, you acknowledge that these Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and us.

3. Scope of Services

Golden Sky Aviation provides:

• Jet fuel supply and refueling coordination.
• Ground handling and ramp services.
• In-flight catering and cleaning.
• Crew and passenger transport and accommodation.
• Flight permits and documentation support.
• Aviation operational assistance across UAE airports.

All services are subject to airport authority regulations, aviation safety laws, and compliance standards.

4. Quotations & Pricing

Quotations issued are valid for 30 calendar days unless otherwise stated.

Prices are exclusive of VAT, government levies, airport surcharges, and third-party fees, unless clearly specified.

Prices may vary depending on airport location, aircraft type, timing, and operational conditions.

Any changes requested by the Client after confirmation may result in revised pricing.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment must be made via bank transfer or approved method.

Golden Sky Aviation reserves the right to suspend or withhold services in case of overdue payments.

Late payments may attract a 2% monthly interest charge on the outstanding amount.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete flight, aircraft, and operational details.

Ensure all required permits, documents, and airport approvals are available, unless explicitly managed by Golden Sky Aviation.

Inform Golden Sky Aviation promptly of any changes to flight schedules, aircraft details, or service requirements.

Comply with all applicable aviation and airport safety regulations.
